Before sending a bug report / Trước khi báo lỗi
To help identify the issue, include:
- Cubex version shown in Settings → About;
- device model and iOS/Android version;
- difficulty and game mode where the issue happened;
- short steps to reproduce the problem; and
- a screenshot or screen recording when relevant.

Leaderboard deletion / Xóa điểm trực tuyến
Local Cubex data can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it, subject to operating-system backups.
A verified player can use Settings → Delete online profile to permanently remove the username, email-verification record, associated online scores, and related moderation reports. For an anonymous entry or if in-app deletion is unavailable, email solutionsnht@gmail.com with the player ID or username shown in Cubex, score, selected country, and difficulty. This information is required to locate the correct data.
Người chơi đã xác minh có thể chọn Cài đặt → Xóa hồ sơ online. Với điểm ẩn danh hoặc khi thao tác trong app không khả dụng, gửi ID người chơi hoặc username hiển thị trong Cubex, điểm, quốc gia đã chọn và độ khó tới email trên.
Privacy & app permissions
Cubex does not require an account, show ads, or use cross-app tracking. An email address is requested only when you choose to set or change a public username. Daily reminders are optional and notification permission is requested only when you enable them.
