Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Cubex mobile game (bundle identifier com.nhn.cubex), published by NHT Solutions. Cubex does not require an account. Players may optionally verify an email address to use a public username. Cubex does not include advertising or cross-app tracking.

Cubex stores the information needed to preserve your game and preferences locally on your device. This may include:

Your operating system's backup service may include local app data according to your device and cloud-backup settings.

Store builds that enable the online leaderboard send the following data over HTTPS:

• a persistent app-generated player ID;
• an optional username and email address when you request email verification;
• the selected country code;
• score and difficulty mode; and
• a play-start event used to update the aggregate play count.

A verified username is public on the leaderboard. The service stores a one-way keyed hash and a masked version of the email, not the full email address. The full address is sent to the email delivery provider only to deliver the one-time code. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes.

The leaderboard service may use the request IP address to suggest a country code. Hosting and security providers may process standard request metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Cubex does not request precise location.

Leaderboard data is used only to operate global and daily scoreboards, display ranks, and maintain the aggregate play counter. NHT Solutions does not sell personal data and does not use leaderboard data for advertising, behavioral analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host or secure the leaderboard and by the email delivery provider used to send verification codes. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Daily reminders are optional and disabled until you enable them. Cubex asks for notification permission only after you turn on the reminder feature. You can disable notifications in Cubex or in your device settings at any time.

Cubex does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.

Local data remains until you clear Cubex app data, reset your device, or uninstall the app, subject to operating-system backups. Leaderboard entries and verified profile records remain until you delete the verified profile in Cubex Settings, the service operator removes them, or a valid support request is completed.

Deleting a verified profile in Cubex Settings permanently removes the username, email-verification record, associated online scores, and related moderation reports. For an anonymous leaderboard entry or if in-app deletion is unavailable, email solutionsnht@gmail.com with the subject “Cubex leaderboard deletion request”. Include the player ID or username shown in the app, score, country, and difficulty so the entry can be located. Do not send passwords, payment data, or other sensitive information.

Cubex uses HTTPS for online leaderboard traffic. Access is limited to what is required to operate and protect the service. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Cubex is not directed to children under 13 and NHT Solutions does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted leaderboard data, contact support so it can be reviewed and removed.
